RICO Academy
We train you and you become an official maintenance expert for RICO products.
With a training course at the RICO Academy, you increase your flexibility in planning as well as carrying out maintenance. You can expect practice-oriented sessions with possible problems on real systems. After successful completion, you will be able to service RICO products independently as a technician.

RICO Academy Training
We make you fit for the maintenance of our products. The training is primarily aimed at service technicians, trainers and operators who want to deepen their knowledge of RICO products. Experienced users who want to know more about our products can also visit the RICO Academy.
Certified operators
After completing the training, you will be able to carry out the functional testing of RICO products independently. This training is useful if 10 or more RICO products are in use in your company. A basic technical training is required for participation.

Certified service technicians
With this certification, you are also allowed to carry out conversions on RICO products in addition to the activities of maintenance. This training makes sense if your company carries out at least 20 maintenance/repairs per year. Basic technical training and regular work on RICO products are required for participation.

Certified trainers
After completing this training, you may also train additional service technicianswithin your company in addition to the activities of operator and service technician. Basic technical training, several years of experience with RICO products, experience as a trainer and authority to issue directives within the company are required.
