All the advantages of the RAPIDO combined with low weight and easy handling: The RAPIDO made of plastic is the low-cost alternative to
valves made of stainless steel or aluminium. The butterfly valves can be ordered in the ATEX version “ignition source free” and, on request, also with attachments with SIL level.
Available in many sizes. DN50 to DN1000, special version to DN2000.

How the butterfly valve RAPIDO works.
RAPIDO is available in several versions, but the functional principle is always the same.
The butterfly valve controls the flow of air in a ventilation duct. The damper operation is controlled manually, pneumatically or electrically.
When the flap is closed, the line is sealed 100 % gastight. The seal attached to the damper disc ensures that no pressure can escape.
RAPIDO with hand pump
In the version with the PERFEKT tightness test, you can check the 100 % tightness at any time by means of a hand pump with pressure gauge. Test pressure is built up via a test groove turned into the housing.
